The dashboard also includes a buyer-adjustable weighting tool that lets investors re-rank zip codes by their own priorities — cash flow, appreciation, or a balanced view. This is a filtering layer on top of the base score, not a separate model: the underlying momentum score is fixed and validated; the re-ranking simply reorders results to match how a specific buyer evaluates deals.
